Our Agile Leadership Training develops leaders and equips them with skills and techniques to lead people, teams and organisations in change transformations needed to thrive in todays rapidly changing and uncertain times.
The Agility in Leadership™ workshop is unique in the industry. It helps leaders see a clear path to effective leadership, where they are presently on said path, and how to pivot towards a more effective leadership profile. We provide pragmatic and tangible practices for leaders to improve their focus, creativity, collaboration, adaptability, and influence.
The Agility in Organizations™ curriculum helps leaders see their organisation’s culture and how it may hinder and/or support more agile ways of working We provide leaders pragmatic and tangible practices to identify, focus, and accelerate change across the organisation.
These awareness training workshops are certified by the Agile Leadership Journey™ (ALJ).
Agility in Leadership
Often, leaders are conditioned to prioritise the organisations’s short-term value delivery. We help leaders balance that need with a growth mindset and behaviours to future-proof the organisation.

The workshop does not teach leaders specific agile methodologies, instead it help leaders support their teams in more agile ways of working, regardless of agile models or scaling methods.
Much like with health and fitness, leadership requires a disciplined routine to sustain and grow. We teach leaders the importance of, and techniques to, build new skills into disciplined growth habits.
Most leaders are unaware of the hundreds of choices they make daily, limiting their effectiveness. We show leaders a new path to improve awareness, engagement, and effectiveness.
Leadership is not a solo sport. We teach techniques to improve discussions, decisions, and meetings to help leaders see threats and create environments to give and receive feedback safely.

Agility in Organisations
We introduce the context of culture and key levers to shape it. We help leaders identify and shape culture to improve alignment and accelerate change towards increased agility.
Culture change is more than just posters on a wall; it requires intentional focus on values modelled by leadership. We help leaders access the levers to shape a culture of business agility.
This ALJ certified workshop is the first step in the Agility in Organisations Series which develops cultural awareness and adaptiveness. Built on the Competing Values Framework for organisational development, it helps align stakeholders, balance values and shapes culture towards increased business agility and resilience.

This workshop introduces the context of culture and key levers to shape it to improve alignment, focus, and accelerate change towards increased business agility.
Similar to agile transformations, most change initiatives fail to reach their potential. We teach leaders why and help them avoid typical transition pitfalls and engage others to help change stick.
Most agile transformations fail to deliver expected results. We show leaders the pitfalls in top-down and bottom up approaches, and how to shape the organisation inside-out to grow and sustain agility.
Transformations run A-to-B. Yet, sustained agility requires discipline to inspect and pivot routinely. We provide leaders a simple tool to help focus, align, and accelerate change for business performance.
Organisational culture is the number one barrier to increased agility. We help leaders see their culture and how their culture’s values, strengths, and challenges enable and inhibit business agility and change.
Complexity, uncertainty, and the pace of disruption continue to escalate. We demonstrate more flexible approaches to managing risk, budgets, projects, and stakeholders.

Public Courses
We regularly host public courses. We usually combine the Agility in Leadership and the Agility in Organisations in one offering. We are able to offer these courses individually, however, we believe that combining them gives the participant a strong starting point to not only to improve their leadership ability, but also apply and practice that new learning in the context of their organisation and start to realise the benefits it brings.

Private Courses
We offer private in house courses to organisations where there is a number of participants from the same organisation. This provides the opportunity to tailor some of the content and put focus on agreed areas. It also provides the benefit of using actual organisational context in exploring some of the current challenges and the participants can collaboratively explore potential ways forward to improve the current situation. 1 or 2 days in person or online (tailored content and duration to customer needs).
The free followup coahcing sessions that we offer can be utilised by cohorts (small groups ~2-4) to help coach and advise them on the implementation of those improvements
